Traditional
For many years, St. Andrew has been known for its traditional worship. From adult choirs, youth choirs, children’s choirs, handbells, ensembles and even an orchestra, we believe that we can encounter God meaningfully through traditional worship.
As we cherish our customs, we also embrace innovation. The word "tradition" is not the maintenance of rigidity but shared, habitual customs that represent our family. We share these sacred values and delight in the fruits from each new season in our Saturday night and Sunday morning services in the Sanctuary led by Taylor Davis, our Director of Music and Worship Arts.

Additionally, the Chancel Choir performs major works with professional orchestra in special concerts: A Salute to America on Memorial Day weekend, and A St. Andrew Christmas in December.
Outside of St. Andrew, the choir has sung in the Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas, Carnegie Hall in New York City, and in numerous cathedrals and performance halls across Europe. For more information, contact Taylor Davis.

A 45-member ensemble of 6th-12th graders, Salt and Light has risen to be one of the finest youth choir anywhere. This group provides musical leadership in Sanctuary worship on the first Sunday of each month and special worship services throughout the year. Each February, the choir hosts a Dessert Show as the primary fundraiser for their annual summer tour. Tour destinations have included Denver, Washington DC, New York City, Chicago, and St. Louis. The choir was named feature choir for the 2014 Alleluia national church music conference at Baylor University. For more information, contact Megan Gackle.

BELL BLAST | GRADES 3–5 | VARIOUS DATES
During a Bell Blast weekend, students fellowship and learn at a Saturday workshop then ring bells in worship on Saturday night and Sunday morning. They learn the basics of ringing bells and chimes while expanding musical skills and increasing confidence in reading music.
